穴義

膽，膽腑；俞，輸注。
本穴是膽府之氣轉(zhuǎn)輸于后背體表的部位。

Meaning

Dan, gallbladder; shu, point.
This point is where the Qi of gallbladder is infused into the back.

定位

第十胸椎棘突下，旁開1.5寸。

Location

1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 10th thoracic vertebra.

主治

① 膽痛要穴，治膽囊炎，膽石癥，膽道蛔蟲病等；
② 胃痛，嘔吐苦水；
③ 局部用于背肌酸痛。

Indication

1. main point for gallbladder diseases, such as cholecytitis, cholelithiasis and ascariasis in the gallbladder.
2. stomachache, bitter water throwing.
3. backache.

針法

直刺或略向中線斜刺0.5-0.8寸

Method

puncture perpendicularly or a bit obliquely in the direction of the midline 0.5-0.8 cun.
