按傷寒斷無日傳一經(jīng)之理.仲景既無明文.其說始于誤解經(jīng)義.素問熱論篇云.傷寒一日.巨陽受之.故頭項痛.腰背強.二日陽明受之.故身熱目痛.鼻干不得眠.三日少陽受之.故胸脅痛而耳聾.此言三陽受邪發(fā)病之期.有淺深先后之次序.非謂傳經(jīng)之日期也.故下文云.七日巨陽病衰.頭痛少愈.八日陽明病衰.身熱少愈.九日少陽病衰.耳聾微聞.此言病之向愈.大約以七日為期.以七日始行盡本經(jīng)也.故太陽病至七日始衰.而頭痛少愈.則六日內只在本經(jīng).非傳至厥陰明矣.注疏者.以六日為傳經(jīng)已盡.以七日巨陽病衰為再傳經(jīng)釋之.致后人皆以日傳一經(jīng)為常例.m.f1411.cn/job/不知六氣之傷人無常.或入于陽.或入于陰.靈樞云.中于面.則下陽明.中于項.則下太陽.中于頰.則下少陽.以此可知三陽各自受邪.非必從太陽傳入也.則太陽受病一日發(fā).陽明受病二日發(fā).其義顯然.故傷寒非必始太陽而終厥陰.亦非一經(jīng)止病一日.亦非一經(jīng)獨病相傳.大抵今之傷寒.無不兼經(jīng)而。垂湃怂Q合病并病之癥.后學不解此旨.而欲拘拘于六經(jīng)傳次.印證今病.宜無一癥合其式矣.茲將六經(jīng)古法述于前.新法續(xù)于后m.f1411.cn/shiti/.其各經(jīng)兼并之癥.列于六經(jīng)正病之下.庶臨癥者得其把握焉.
