醫(yī)學(xué)免費(fèi)論文:中藥指紋圖譜專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)知識(shí)庫(kù)構(gòu)架研究
【摘要】 目的：本文研究了中藥指紋圖譜專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)知識(shí)庫(kù)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)，闡述了基于該框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行知識(shí)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的全過(guò)程。方法：本系統(tǒng)以SQL Server 2005 Analysis manager和Visual Studio.NET作為開(kāi)發(fā)工具，以中藥指紋圖譜專(zhuān)家知識(shí)為研究對(duì)象，利用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)，構(gòu)建了基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的“中藥指紋圖譜專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)知識(shí)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)”。結(jié)果：本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了中藥指紋圖譜知識(shí)庫(kù)信息的分類(lèi)獲取、存儲(chǔ)、查詢(xún)、推理、管理等功能。結(jié)論：該知識(shí)庫(kù)具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、數(shù)據(jù)豐富、推理嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)奶攸c(diǎn)，為中藥指紋圖譜在線專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)核心模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract：Objective：The Knowledge Base of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint expert system framework was studied in this work and the structure of the framework based on its design process was explained.Methods：The traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint expert system knowledge base System was built based on B/S structure using SQL Server 2005 Analysis manager and Visual Studio.NET development tool，as well as using object-oriented technology.Results：This system realized the classification，storage，query，inference，and management functions based on the information of the Knowledge Base of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint.Conclusion：The knowledge base had a reasonable structure，data-rich，well-reasoned characteristic and was a core module foundation of traditional Chinese fingerprint medicine-line expert system design and implementation.

引言
中藥指紋圖譜是某種中藥材或中成藥經(jīng)過(guò)適當(dāng)處理后采用一定的分析手段得到的能夠標(biāo)示該中藥特征的色譜、光譜或其他圖譜。它能夠全面反映所含化學(xué)成分的種類(lèi)和數(shù)量，具有專(zhuān)屬性、穩(wěn)定性和重現(xiàn)性。依據(jù)指紋圖譜信息特征，采用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的處理方法能夠科學(xué)地、恰當(dāng)?shù)卦u(píng)判中藥材和中成藥的質(zhì)量[1]。據(jù)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道，在中藥指紋圖譜領(lǐng)域，還沒(méi)有一個(gè)完整的專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)，用戶(hù)查詢(xún)指紋圖譜相關(guān)信息，猶如大海撈針一樣盲目無(wú)序。為了把這些信息有序地組織起來(lái)，將已有的專(zhuān)家知識(shí)給定一個(gè)科學(xué)的知識(shí)分類(lèi)體系，同時(shí)，把關(guān)于中藥指紋圖譜的所有信息都納入這個(gè)分類(lèi)體系之中，形成一個(gè)中藥指紋圖譜專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)，使用戶(hù)能有序地通過(guò)系統(tǒng)查找該領(lǐng)域的資源以節(jié)約人力物力，方便知識(shí)庫(kù)管理員更新系統(tǒng)的管理專(zhuān)家的知識(shí)，積累和保存信息和知識(shí)資產(chǎn)，加快內(nèi)部信息和知識(shí)的流通，實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)的共享，也方便了開(kāi)發(fā)人員對(duì)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)中藥指紋圖譜專(zhuān)家系統(tǒng)知識(shí)庫(kù)構(gòu)架研究，提出了一種中藥指紋圖譜知識(shí)庫(kù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法，該方法有針對(duì)性、可操作性、實(shí)用性。
