醫(yī)學(xué)免費論文:經(jīng)皮穿刺兔腰椎椎體內(nèi)注射平陽霉素對腰椎軟骨終板及椎間盤的影響
【摘要】 【目的】 評價經(jīng)皮穿刺兔腰椎終板椎體側(cè),注射平陽霉素對腰椎終板及椎間盤的影響!痉椒ā 選取36只新西蘭大白兔,每兔設(shè)第5腰椎(L5)為實驗組。第4腰椎(L4)為對照組。穿刺腰椎終板椎體側(cè),L5注射平陽霉素(2 mg/mL) 1 mL,L4注射生理鹽水1 mL。術(shù)后第1。2。3。4。5周及3月隨機選取6只行MRI檢查,并取病理送檢。測量對比第4周實驗組MRI與病理切片的椎體病變面積。【結(jié)果】 對照組MRI和病理學(xué)檢查均無特異性變化,實驗組MRI及病理第1 ~ 2周變化不明顯,第3周MRI出現(xiàn)FST1WI低信號,T2WI及FST2WI呈稍高信號,第4周信號變化更明顯;第3 ~ 4周病理終板椎體側(cè)骨結(jié)構(gòu)紊亂,軟骨終板細胞減少。結(jié)構(gòu)紊亂,纖維環(huán)及髓核無明顯變化;第5周出現(xiàn)軟骨終板和椎間盤退變表現(xiàn),第3月退變表現(xiàn)更加明顯。實驗組第4周MRI與病理切片病變區(qū)面積有明顯正相關(guān)性(r = 0.965,P < 0.001)。 【結(jié)論】 采用經(jīng)皮穿刺兔腰椎終板椎體側(cè)注射平陽霉素的方法可誘發(fā)腰椎終板及椎間盤退變。

Effects of Percutaneously Puncturing Vertebrate Adjacent to Cartilage Endplate and Injecting Pingyangmycin on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc and Cartilage Endplate in Rabbits

Abstract: 【Objective】 This study was designed to evaluate the effects of percutaneously puncturing vertebrate adjacent to cartilage endplate and injecting pingyangmycin on lumbar intervertebral disc and cartilage endplate in New Zealand Rabbits. 【Methods】 Thirty-six New Zealand white rabbits were enrolled in this study. The fifth lumbar vertebrate (L5) was injected with pingyangmycin as experimental group, and the fourth lumbar vertebrate (L4) injected normal sodium as control group. Six rabbits were selected randomly, then MRI and histological observation was performed in the first, second, third, fourth, fifth week and third month after operation respectively. Moreover, the correlation analysis was performed between MRI and histological measurements for areas of the lesion in L5. 【Results】 There was no obvious changes on MRI and histological examination in control group. For experimental group, there were also no obvious changes in the first two weeks after operation. However, in the third week, it demonstrated slightly hyperintense signal on T2WI and fat-suppression T2WI (FS T2WI), while FS T1WI was hypointense signal. The signal changed more obviously in the fourth week. Histologically, the structure of vertibrates arranged disorderly,chondrocyte of endplate decreased and architecture became disorder. Anulus fibrosus and nucleus pulposus did not change. The cartilage endplate and intervertebral disc degenerated in the fifth week. Both of them degenerated more obviously in third month. There was a strong correlation between MRI and histological measurements for areas of the lesion in the fourth week (r = 0.965, P< 0.001). 【Conclusion】 Degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc and cartilage endplate in New Zealand Rabbits can be induced by percutaneously puncturing vertebrate adjacent to cartilage endplate and injecting pingyangmycin醫(yī).學(xué)全.在.線網(wǎng)站m.f1411.cn.
