基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶_7及其組織抑制因子_1在胃癌中的表達(dá)與浸潤、轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】 目的：探討基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶_7(MMP_7及其組織抑制因子_1(TIMP_1在胃癌中的表達(dá)與浸潤、轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。方法：應(yīng)用免疫組化檢測36例胃癌標(biāo)本中腫瘤組織及癌旁組織中MMP_7和TIMP_1的表達(dá)，并進(jìn)行回顧性隨訪。結(jié)果：胃癌組織中MMP_7陽性表達(dá)率(58.3%明顯高于癌旁組織(5.6%，P<0.01，胃癌組織中TIMP_1陽性表達(dá)率(44.4%與癌旁組織(50.0%無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。胃癌中MMP_7和TIMP_1之間表達(dá)強(qiáng)度關(guān)系無明顯相關(guān)性。TIMP_1表達(dá)隨胃癌TNM分期增加而減少(P<0.05。結(jié)論：MMP_7表達(dá)與胃癌組織學(xué)行為有關(guān)，TIMP_1可能抑制胃癌的浸潤、轉(zhuǎn)移。

(Department of General Surgery，The First Affiliated Hospital，Shantou University Medical College，Shantou 515041，China[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase_7(MMP_7and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase_1(TIMP_1in gastric carcinoma and their relationship with tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Methods：The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP_7 and TIMP_1 in 36 patients with gastric carcinoma. Results: The positive expression rate of MMP_7(58.3%in gastric carcinoma was higher than that of paracarcinoma mucosa(5.6%(P<0.05，there was no difference of the expression of TIMP_1 between gastric cancer(44.4%and paracarcinoma mucosa(50.0%. The expression of TIMP_1 decreased with the increase of TNM staging(P<0.05.
