醫(yī)學(xué)論文范文:牛膝多糖對(duì)小鼠免疫性肝損傷的保護(hù)作用基
【摘要】 目的 研究牛膝多糖對(duì)小鼠免疫性肝損傷的保護(hù)作用。方法 序貫注射卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPS),誘導(dǎo)小鼠產(chǎn)生免疫性肝損傷模型。在造模過(guò)程中,小鼠每日ig 150、300 mg·kg1牛膝多糖,共10 d。比色法測(cè)定血清和肝組織中丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT )的含量,TBA法和NBT法測(cè)定肝勻漿中超氧歧化酶(SOD)的活力以及丙二醛(MDA)的濃度。并計(jì)算脾臟及胸腺重量指數(shù)。結(jié)果 ig 150、300 mg·kg1牛膝多糖后,可明顯降低模型小鼠血清和肝組織中升高的ALT的水平,抑制肝勻漿中上升的MDA水平和升高過(guò)低的SOD活性,并降低脾臟及胸腺重量指數(shù)。結(jié)論 牛膝多糖對(duì)小鼠免疫性肝損傷有一定的保護(hù)作用。

Methods: An immunological liver injury model was induced by administration of lipopolysaaccharide following injection of BCG vaccine into mice for 10 days.ALT levels in serum and liver homogenates ,the activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA in liver homogenates were examined. Results: Ahyranthesbidentata polysaccharides could significantly lower the levels of ALT, MDA and spleen index and increase the activity of SOD. 牛膝(AchyranthesbidentataBL)又名百倍,雞膠骨,為莧科多年生草本植物,根為藥用部分,是我國(guó)的一種傳統(tǒng)中藥。其味苦、酸,性平,入肝腎經(jīng)。中華人民共和國(guó)藥典(2005年版)上記載:牛膝有補(bǔ)肝腎、強(qiáng)筋骨、逐瘀通經(jīng)、引血下行之功效[1]。牛膝根含三萜皂甙、甾體類(lèi)、糖類(lèi)、氨基酸、生物堿類(lèi)和香豆素類(lèi)化合物等,其中多糖是其重要的活性成分之一,具有調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫功能、抗生物分子氧化等活性。本課題前期的研究表明,牛膝多糖對(duì)四氯化碳所致化學(xué)性肝損傷有一定保護(hù)作用,本實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)一步觀察了牛膝多糖對(duì)BCG(卡介苗)+LPS(脂多糖)聯(lián)合誘導(dǎo)小鼠產(chǎn)生免疫性肝損傷的影響。
